She transfers to Tomoe Gakuen, a new school that fills her with excitement and wonder.

There, she meets the kind-hearted headmaster, Mr. Kobayashi, who sees the world differently. He embraces the unique and “unusual” Totto-chan with patience and always tells her, “You’re a good child!”
