Return Policy
  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the day after you receive the product.
  • Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if the product has been opened and used, the original packaging or box is damaged and cannot be restored, or if the product has been disassembled and lacks completeness.
  • When returning a product, please ensure all original packaging is intact, including the product, accessories, and gifts. Missing parts or damaged packaging may affect your right to return the product.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are only available for defective products or gifts/giveaways.
  • Upon receiving the product, please inspect it promptly. If any defects are found, please contact our customer service within 7 days (including weekends and holidays) and provide photos of the defect along with any additional information requested by our company.
  • We reserve the right to assess and determine whether a product is defective. If the product is deemed defective, it must be returned within 7 days of our notification, and we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Defective gifts/giveaways cannot be exchanged for cash of equal value.
  • For blind box or capsule toy products, as these are surprise items, they cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless there are quality issues such as paint defects or missing parts. Please understand this before placing an order!
Please note that return/exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
