Shipping time: Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and consecutive holidays)

TAIWAN

• In-store Pickup: Orders are expected to arrive at the designated store within 3-5 business days. Please bring your ID to the store to collect your package after receiving the arrival notification via SMS.
• Home Delivery: Items will be shipped via our partnered couriers such as Chunghwa Post, T-Cat (we do not deliver to P.O. boxes). The courier will contact you to confirm the delivery details. Please ensure you are available to receive the call and that your availability aligns with the delivery schedule.

OVERSEAS

• We use SF Express (priority for Hong Kong and Macau) or Chunghwa Post International Express (priority for other regions).
• Overseas Shipping Fee reference. The final amount will be displayed during checkout.
• Some products do not support international shipping. Please refer to the regions displayed on the checkout page.
