PRE-ORDER GUIDELINES
Please read the Pre-order Notice before making your purchase.
Placing an order means you agree to the following terms. Thank you.
- This is a custom pre-order placed based on your request and cannot be canceled once submitted.
- No cancellations, refunds, or returns are accepted unless the item is defective.
- It’s recommended to combine only items from the same month in one order.
- If items from different months are ordered together, shipment will wait until all items arrive, which may cause delays.
- If you wish to split shipments for different months, an additional shipping fee of NT$100 will apply.
- In the event of out-of-stock or manufacturer cancellation, your pre-order payment will be fully refunded.
- Minor box dents or scuffs during shipping that do not affect the product are not considered defects.
- If you require a flawless box, please do not place an order.
- The estimated delivery month is provided by the manufacturer and may vary due to unforeseen factors.
- Delays cannot be used as a reason for cancellation or refund.
- If production or shipping is delayed, we may not be able to notify each customer individually — please contact customer service for updates.
- Figures and toys are often hand-painted and assembled, so minor paint variations, glue marks, or assembly gaps (under 2cm) are within the normal range.
- Japanese pre-order items may display prototype images; actual products may differ.
- Blind box or mystery box items are sold randomly — styles cannot be chosen or exchanged based on preference.
All pre-order items require full payment upfront — no deposits or remaining balance payments.
Additional Information
- Shipping Service: Delivery dates for pre-order items cannot be specified.
- After-sales Service: Please check your items as soon as you receive them. If defects are found, you may request a replacement or return.
